The Database of Good Practice captures experience from general practice and PCTs around the country and produces case studies. Each case study is reviewed and evaluated by the Good Practice Project Steering Group to meet a number of criteria.

Please note that the Working in Partnership Programme (WiPP) is not responsible for implementation of the initiatives contained in this database; rather, the database is a forum through which to promote the dissemination and communication of good practice to a wider audience.
